The Western New England Golden Bears are a Women’s Division III ice hockey team representing Western New England University, located in Springfield, Massachusetts from the Conference of New England. The team is based out of Olympia Ice Center, which is located in West Springfield, Massachusetts. The women’s program was originally established for the 2020-21 season, but began play the following season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
