The UMass Dartmouth Corsairs are a Men’s Division III ice hockey team representing The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, located in Dartmouth, Massachusetts from the Little East Conference. The team is based out of Hetland Skating Arena, which is located just minutes from campus, in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The men’s program was established for the 1974-75 season.  The school was originally named Southeastern Massachusetts University, but changed its name to the current form in the 1991-92 school year.
