The Plattsburgh Cardinals are a Women’s Division III ice hockey team representing the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, located in Plattsburgh, New York from the State University of New York Athletic Conference. The team is based out of the Ronald B. Stafford Ice Arena, which is located just minutes from the school’s campus. The women’s program was established for the 2001-02 season.
