The Oswego Lakers (formally Great Lakers) are a Men’s Division III ice hockey team representing the State University of New York at Oswego, located in Oswego, New York from the State University of New York Athletic Conference. The team is based out of the Deborah F. Stanley Arena, which is located on the school’s campus.  The men’s program was elevated to varsity status for the 1966-67 season, after playing two seasons as a club team.
